FC Liefering

FC Liefering is a professional football club based in Grödig, a municipality near Salzburg, Austria. Founded in 1947 as USK Anif, the club underwent a series of transformations before becoming FC Liefering in 2012. The club is widely recognized as the farm team of Red Bull Salzburg, one of the most successful teams in Austrian football history.

FC Liefering plays in the Austrian Football Second League, the second highest professional league in Austrian football. Despite its status as a feeder team, FC Liefering has made a name for itself in the league, consistently finishing in the top half of the table. The club’s home matches are played at the Untersberg-Arena, a stadium with a seating capacity of 1,566 spectators.

The club's primary purpose is to develop young players for Red Bull Salzburg. This focus on youth development has resulted in a successful pipeline of talent.
